Leadership-Development is committed to building strong communities one student and family at a time. We support several organizations in the Greater Pittsburgh Area that bring positive, lasting change to our local communities.
Miracle League South Hills (Casey's Clubhouse)

Provide every child and adult, the opportunity to play baseball

Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect for all

Foster peer relationships through player and buddy interactions, so that barriers to friendship and opportunity are removed
Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair Rotary Clubs
Rotary Clubs are service organizations who bring together business and professional leaders in order to advance goodwill in local communities and around the world. The Bethel Park and Upper St. Clair Rotary Clubs support dozens of local organizations including public libraries, volunteer fire fighters, police officers, YMCA, Special Olympics and many more wonderful groups.
Western PA Police Chiefs' Association
An organization dedicated to improving law enforcement and keeping our communities safe.
Woodland Hills Foundation
During the Covid-19 pandemic we were informed that several students did not own their own computer and would struggle to complete their school work at home. We made a financial contribution to purchase Chromebooks for students.
Cyd West Comfort Catering
Cyd West Comfort Catering is providing free meals to families in need during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are happy to support their efforts and applaud their commitment to families in our communities!
Joey Fabus Childhood Cancer Foundation
Funds are donated to successful DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Gliomas) research facilities around the world in the hopes that one day they will find a better treatment, and possibly a cure, for this awful disease.
The National Pancreas Foundation
We were proud to support our good friend and sponsor Brian Shanahan at the Courage for a Cure Gala to raise money for Pancreatic Cancer.
Brian was recognized with the Hero of Hope Award for his remarkable and inspiring journey to beat Pancreatic Cancer.
